This policy covers motaraautos.com. Motara Autos (“we”) runs it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form. Depending on the form: your name, email, phone number, city, your Instagram or TikTok handle, the car you are asking about, selling or building, and your message. If you join the list we also note what you are there for (a build, selling, a sales role, the cars and the progress, opening night, content).
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to work on the request you sent, and, if you joined the list, to send you Motara news: openings, events and new builds. We never sell your details or trade them to anyone.
We email the list sparingly. Every list email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to take you off by writing to the address below. If you give us a phone number, we only call or text you about the request you sent. We do not send marketing texts.
Who handles it for us
Form submissions are received and stored by our host, Netlify, and forwarded to our Google Workspace inbox. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. These companies process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We may count visits with Netlify’s server-side analytics, which works from standard server logs and does not use cookies. The site keeps one small note in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept as long as we are talking about the request, and up to two years after. List sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.
Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new date.
